Our collaboration commences with a comprehensive meeting between you and our Subject Matter Expert (SME). This dialogue is pivotal in understanding your unique requirements and setting the stage for a successful partnership.

Once we've grasped the essence of the project, we move on to collecting all the necessary materials from you. These foundational documents and resources are pivotal to the development of the elearning module.

With the materials in hand, we draft an initial elearning script. This script, built upon the information and resources provided, is then shared with you for your invaluable feedback. Your job is to go through the draft and make sure it aligns with your vision. With “Track Changes” on, make edits and revisions as you see fit. Then return this feedback to the ID.

After receiving the revised alpha script from you, we diligently incorporate your feedback, refining the script to ensure it resonates with your comments. This is then sent back to you as a Beta version.

You should now have a script in pretty good condition. Now is the time to make any changes that might have been missed from the first review cycle.

Once the script meets your satisfaction, we finalize it with a sign-off form, marking the end of the scripting phase. It now goes off to Development.

With the approved script, we embark on the development journey. This phase mirrors the scripting process, with the creation of alpha, beta, and final versions of the elearning module. Your feedback continues to guide us, ensuring the module's quality, relevance, and success.
