Therefore, it needed a more efficient and effective means for educating its dealer network.
LeanForward developed a series of custom interactive elearning programs on its various product lines. We also developed a comprehensive elearning courseware template to support its internal elearning development efforts. The organization also licensed our intuitive LearnPoint™ Learning Management System to power its online university.
The manufacturer is now providing its dealer network with 24 x 7 x 365 access to interactive online product training and has delivered thousands of training units at a fraction of the cost it would have taken to deliver the knowledge via instructor-led training. The elearning has also verified that dealer personnel have achieved the desired level of product knowledge. In addition, LearnPoint™ has enabled it to minimize the administrative effort required to manage, document and report on its product training.
