LeanForward’s design process includes:

• Working with our client’s Subject Matter Experts to understand their unique needs and objectives.
• Structuring the training content for effective learning.
• Drafting the training storyboard using advanced computer-based Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory. 
• Establishing the creative vision for the training program.
• Combining the approved storyboard and creative vision into an engaging and interactive course.
• Publishing the course to our client’s requirements.
• Assisting in deployment of the courseware.
• Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of the courseware.
